  6. Cook slowly for 2 hours..
  7. Take out the beef roast from the sauce and slice..
  8. Filter the sauce, put the sliced beef roast back into the pot and add the sauce..
  9. If you want the sauce thicker, you can add 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour or 1 tablespoon concentrated tomatoes. Cook for few minutes and serve with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta..
