  1. Provide 300 gm of Mutton Qeema (mince).
  2. Take 150 gm of Lobia Seeds (lobia ky dany).
  3. Take 1/2 cup of Oil.

Steps to make Lobia Qeema:

  1. Heat oil in a pot.add sliced onions & fry to pink.add sabut garam masala, fry for a minute.add ginger garlic paste & fry till smell subsides..
  2. Add chop tomatoes & fry till tomatoes are soft & mashy.add red chilli,salt,haldi & fry till masala leaves oil. Then add qeema and fry over medium heat till it changes colour.add beaten dahi and mix well.fry till dahi is blended well in qeema..
  3. Add lobia seeds in qeema.mix, cover & let it cook over medium heat in it's own water. (i use fresh lobia seeds from fresh lobia beans. 150 gm lobia seeds obtained from 500 gm fresh green beans).check after 10-15 min, if the water is dried, add more water.when lobia ate soft & qeema is cooked well.add chop green chilies and cook for 5 min over low heat..
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander.serve hot lobia qeema with chapati & enjoy with Cookpad..
